The art of wine-making has been the heritage of our family for generations.
Masterful experience has been handed down from generation to generation, as well as the respect and love for wine.
Today we would like to share them with you.
When new opportunities opened up, Stanislav Škrobák, as one of the first in Čejkovice, began to devote himself fully to wine-making – he perceived the great potential of the family winery. He had a clear plan from the very beginning – production from his own vineyards. Producing wine from the fruit of one’s own vineyards is, in our opinion, the basic prerequisite on the road to perfect wine. Only in this way we can conscientiously care for the wine from seedling to sweet grape and thus achieve the highest quality of our own production, unmistakable taste, unique aroma, harmony.
His sons Martin and Stanislav also inherited his love for winemaking. Together with their families, they are now fully engaged in the daily running of the winery. This new generation understands that the wine experience is perfect when seen in a broader context – which is why today we are very attentive to modern, clean architecture and the refined combining of wine with good food in our winery.

We draw on the experience of our ancestors, grandfathers and fathers. We take advantage of new technological possibilities and trends, pushing our winery towards new challenges. We give our vineyards everything that is needed, we behave ecologically and we take care to protect the environment.
WITH LOVE
FOR WINE
These days, the winery farms 12 hectares of vineyards and continues to look for new opportunities to expand. We have vineyards in almost all of the Čejkovice vineyards. Mostly, however, in the Helezný díl line, which is suitable especially for white wines. The soil there has a high lime content.
We are also aware of the importance of protecting the environment and therefore we manage all vineyards organically.
We are also environmentally friendly when processing grapes. Our wines are therefore honest and reflect the Čejkovice terroir.
